Abigail Berry, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

What would I do on a fun day out of school is I would go to Warriors Park and go to Pigeon Forge and go to Dollywood and Gatlinburg, Tennessee. There is a fun place you go to jump off the dock and you get to go kayaking and Zoey will jump on you too. She loves water but hates water. He is the baby dog. He drinks water but he does not swim in it and he loves bacon or any kind of human food. He can smell you eating. What do you think? Is it a fun day? I know it is.
Annie Walker, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Woo-hoo! Sorry didn’t see you there. I was just thinking about all the fun I’m going to have at summer camp. Here’s what I do there and who I will take. I would take my friend Brayden. When we get there we’ll play games that will change the way you see games. After playing these games they’ll serve you a fabulous lunch with about anything you want! Next they’ll take you to the humongous aquatic center then they’ll take you home. That will be an amazing day. But I’m going to have to wait.
Ashton Templeton, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

It is all most the weekend for me and I am going to Dollywood and it is going to be fun. What are you going to do? I am so happy I am going to Dollywood this weekend. I was there before with my dad and it was so fun! Now I am going to Dollywood with my mom and sister. It is going to be so fun. We are going to eat, ride the rides, and more fun stuff. That is a fun out of school day to me, how about you?
Bella Fergison, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I wake up at the crack of dawn waiting for my best friend Nila to come over and have the best day ever! I’m so excited! When she arrives we are ready to start an awesome day! The first thing we do is go to the Shiver Shack, we both get wedding cake with cream. Next we go to Just Jump and jump for two hours! We were exhausted after, but it was really fun! We were starving after that so we went to Chick-fil-a. Then we’re back at my house and we ride the go-kart; It is really fast! Then it gets dark outside so we sit by the fire and get in the hot tub. Sadly Nila’s mom and dad are here to get her. I wave goodbye and tell her I’ll see her tomorrow. Then I get ready for bed.
Blake Frazier, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

What would a fun day out of school be like for you? This is what mine would be like. First I would have a huge breakfast feast we would have sausage, pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and much more. Next after my breakfast feast I would go to a L.A. Lakers basketball game and cheer for LeBron James and the Lakers. After I would go home and play NBA 2K19 I’m the best at that game. Last I would invite some friends over like Timothy, Fletcher, Tristan, and a few more friends. Then we would watch the Benchwarmers the funny movie and go to sleep. This is my fun day out of school.
Bo Burdine, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Have you ever thought about a no-school fun day? I can easily imagine what that would be for me. Mostly, I would watch “Spongebob” on my TV or play video games. On the other hand I would play with stuffed animals, which I have a hundred or more. If it was summer vacation I would probably be at a pool. I would LOVE to hear your opinion, especially if you like something like me!
Christian Lee, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

A fun day out of school would be going swimming. Swimming is going to be great. It is fun because it is water. You can be a fish. HA! What will you do this summer?

At Dollywood there are roller coasters and more fun things to do. My sister and I have Dollywood season passes and two bring a friend passes so we brought Trever and his older brother Tanner. When we got there we rode Mystery Mine and after that we rode Wild Eagle. They were both really fun. After that we rode a water ride. It was called Daredevil Falls but it was not scary. Though at the end there was a big drop and you get really wet. The last ride was Drop Line. There is a big pole you go up then when you get to the top you stop for ten seconds and then you go up some more then you drop to the bottom. What did you do when you were out of school?
Cooper Maness, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Imagine you wake up. You walk into the living room and you remember–it’s Christmas! Presents under the tree. Stockings stretched full of candy. You wake up your family excited about opening all the presents. Your parents are up but your brother/sister won’t get up. At 12:00 AM everybody is up. It’s time to open presents. All of them were cool, but one was moving. You open it, and you fall down getting licked. You’re very happy. That’s what my fun day was like.
David Parker, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Most days off school are fun but what do you think is the most fun? I am going on a cruise to Half Moon Cay on a five day trip in July after my little brother’s birthday. I don’t know how many people in my family are coming on the cruise but I do know I am the only ten year old in my family to be on the cruise. I imagine that we will swim in the ocean, play in the sand, and look for wildlife! There are a lot of things I hope to do off school, what do you plan on doing?
Elyssa Rodefer, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

What would you do on a day out of school, and that day was Friday? I would go to Dolly’s Stampede with my best friends, Rachel and Piper. We would eat so much food. After the Stampede we would go to our hotel to swim. Then, we’d dry off from the pool and build a fort. After the fort was done, we would have a pillow fight. Now does that sound like the best day ever, or what?
Gracie Stiltner, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

This is what a fun day out of school looks like. I would sleep in. I would also hang out with my friends. I would finally hang out with my family. That is a fun day out of school.
Grayson Ward, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

This is what I do when we have no school. Do you like basketball, video games, and no school? If you like those activities you’ll like this. At home with Big Baller Brand on. I’m playing my career mode on NBA 2K19. I’m on the starting line up on the OKC Thunder. I copy my players’ moves when I score and when he dunks I have a mini goal. This may not be fun for you but it’s fun for me.
Hayden Musick, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers
