The Kingsport Times News Newspaper in Education (NIE) Program provides regional students and teachers print and digital newspapers for learning in and out of the classroom. Our NIE Program serves K-12 classrooms in 7 school districts throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Donating to NIE provides our sponsors a wonderful opportunity to show the community how much they care about our region’s students and their education!
Sponsorship dollars go directly to providing classrooms with newspaper delivery and access to our digital edition. Students have the opportunity to have their creative work published in Kingsport Times News in the weekly Write On column and the yearly Halloween Art Contest.
