I have many friends. When it comes to talking about one it’s hard to choose. This is the one I would choose: Jenna! She is really funny and random (with her humor of course). She draws too. She calls herself a “Midget” from time to time. We both like baby animals A LOT! I’m pretty sure she likes Disney. Anyhow, we’re good friends. She’s been my friend since I transferred to our school. Who is your best friend?

My favorite friend is Cooper because he is nice and he is fun to play with. I first met him my first year in coach pitch. He played infield and I played outfield. My brother and Cooper’s sister play baseball together and I got to see Cooper there too. Once I went to see my brother play and Cooper went to see his sister play and his sister and my brother went to the same place so he and I got to play together. Who is your favorite friend? What I like most about Kailee is she’s kind, funny and very helpful through hard times. Right now I am going through a really hard time with my grandma and she is always there to comfort me. I call her my puppy dog because she follows me around, but she is always there when I need her. Kailee and I have been friends for over a year and a half. Each time I tell her I need to talk she will listen and try to help me. She is my best friend.

I would pick Emma because Emma and I are close friends. And what I like the most about her is her personality and the times I’m not happy she always makes me laugh. And also I can talk to her about anything and she is always there for me when nobody else is. She is like a sister to me. And the reason why I would pick her is because she always is nice to me and we both are always there for each other. And another friend I would choose is Kailee because at the beginning of the year we weren’t that close as friends but now we are. She’s been there for me too. Those are my two closest friends.

One of my closer friends is Caydance, a nice, tall (kind of), caring, knowledgeable, and understanding 8th grader that also attends Holston Valley Middle School. Caydance has helped me through thick and thin. Through times that were rough and times that might have been too much. I have enjoyed the time I have spent with her and I hope that high school is great for her. I know that next, next year I will be seeing her though it will feel like I lost a part of me for a short amount of time. She is my superstar on the field and court, but outside of that she is like a sister—even though she really isn’t blood related. I am still here for her and she is still here for me.

The friend that I choose would be Gage. Some of the reasons I chose Gage is because he’s nice and he always has my back when I need him. He is funny. For example, I could be sad and Gage would be the one that makes me laugh. He can be mean but I know he’s just messing with me. So, I would say that he is most likely my best friend and I can trust him.
