Miller Perry Elementary

I think that animals can think the same that we do. We both have feelings. Cats know when they are thirsty, and if they are they can go get a drink. Some dogs can tell if you’re mad or sad. So I think that animals can think the same human thoughts that we do. Do you?
Abigail Berry, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Yes I do think animals have thoughts like people hey um hi how are you doing so it would be so funny it would be very weird that dogs can talk. If dogs had thoughts you would go crazy very crazy I mean very crazy

Annie Walker, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think animals think but they don’t think about everything. Here’s some examples of what animals could be thinking. They probably think about food, food, and food! They might also think about playing with their owner or zookeeper. They might also have good thoughts and bad thoughts. Some good thoughts are playing and eating. Some bad thoughts are getting yelled at or being bad. Those were some examples of their thoughts. Do you think animals think?
Ashton Templeton, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I love dogs what is your favorite animal and do you think animals have thoughts like us. I think dogs and more animal do have thoughts like us. My dog is so cute when he barks I think he is saying ”I love you” or ”That is the spot” when I pet him. And I think dogs are thinking ”I will poop inside or outside” and ”I will sleep all day.” And that is what I think what animals think what do you think?
Bella Fergison, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think animals have some thoughts like people. Sometimes the think where probably crazy! But, I think they have a mind of their own, just like us. But I really don’t know. That’s my opinion what’s yours?
Blake Frazier, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you think animals think like us? I don’t, read to find out why. Rabbits eat their own poop. If they think like us they would know how disgusting that is. They always want our food, so they do have a good taste in that. They are disgusting, some pee and poop on the floor. That is why I think animals don’t think like us.
Bo Burdine, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Have you ever wondered about your pet’s (pets’) thoughts? I know what my dog is thinking when he’s confused. It would usually mean my dogs thinking “What are you doing?” If a dog wags its tail it must be happy, or if it growls it could be mad. I don’t always know what my dog is thinking, and most people are like that too. Think of emojis but with your pet’s face. Give it a try.
Christian Lee, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do animals think like people? If they do, what are they thinking of? Some people can talk to animals. Well they think they can. Well when a dog barks the dog really talking… did you know that? You might not know this, but animals talk to you but you don’t know they are saying. Have you ever thought that animals can talk?
Christian Young, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you think animals have thoughts like humans? I do. Here is why. Animals know how to love people, and other animals. When they beg they want something. When they wag their tail they’re happy, and when growl they’re angry. When they whine they’re sad. You can also teach them tricks or commands. If you didn’t think animals had thoughts like humans, I hope you do now.
Connor Bennett, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Have you ever wondered what your pets are thinking? I do sometimes. I have a Beagle he always looks sad, but my dad said he is supposed to look like that. so sometimes I think he is sad. I also have a Golden Retriever he is always happy, playful and wild. So I think he is happy. That is what I think pets are thinking. What do you think your pets are thinking?
Cooper Maness, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

If animals had thoughts like us, I would be acting crazy because I all ways believe that animals have thoughts like us. I think dogs and some other animals think like us, the reason is that how would they know how to eat, sleep, and to play with us. I mostly think dogs and birds have thoughts like us and the reason is that some birds can talk which I think it takes a lot of thoughts to talk and it is cool to have a talking bird. I also think dogs have thoughts like us because how would they know how to do tricks and some other stuff. That is why I think animals have thoughts like us and do you also think animals have thoughts like us.
Danny Tran, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you think animals have thoughts like us? That’s a good question. I think they do I think they’re thinking, “Lick, lick, lick, lick.” People think puppies are cute, so they probably think, “I know I’m the cute one in your life. “Plus they have brains, so why don’t they have thoughts like us? Animals are living things, so they have to have thoughts to live.
Dante Lubecke, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Play with me! That is what my dog might think. You might be thinking. What are you talking about? But, it’s true come and see. A cat might think milk, milk, and more milk! A chipmunk might be singing in its head. A bird might think about a worm. Come on Rim say bye. Bye I hope you liked what my owner said about how animals might be thinking what humans are thinking. He’s pretty smart.
David Parker, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Have you ever wondered if animals have human thoughts? Like when they stare at something that isn’t there, what are they staring at? Animals see things we can’t so when they attack at nothing I think they are sensing danger and they are protecting us because we protect them. Some people think animals don’t have thoughts but if they don’t how do they know to help us when were or comfort us when were sad. I disbelieve the people who think animals don’t have thoughts. Sometimes animals don’t think about what they are doing but they still think. No matter what you think it is your opinion on what you think is true.
Elyssa Rodefer, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I do not think animals have the same thoughts of us. The reason I think this is because they do not have the same brain as us. Also if they did they would speak the same language as us. Also humans have complicated thoughts and I don’t think they could process that. And if they had the same thoughts as me they would play Fortnite. That is my reasons why I think they do not have the same thoughts as us.
Fletcher Henritze, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think animals have thoughts like us humans, and here’s my reason why. Have you ever seen an animal have a dream, like a dog or cat? Dreams are made thoughts, so they must have thoughts. If animals do have thoughts they would think of food. That is what I think about what animals think.
Gili Moratalla, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

“When am I going to get more food?” That’s exactly what I think every animal is thinking. After you give an animal food they always want more. Animals could eat until they explode! I think every animal thinks, but only about food.
Gracie Stiltner, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you think animals have human thoughts? I don’t. Here’s why. My dogs just wants to do its business outside, and play. Bear (the boy) he just wants to eat, sleep, and play. Bailey (the girl) she just wants attention, food and sleep. That’s why I don’t think animals think like humans.
Hayden MacIver, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think animals have thoughts. Animals are all ways thinking about food. Dogs are all ways thinking about when there owners are coming home. Cats are all ways thinking where they’re going to sleeping today his couch or his bed. I think animals always will have thoughts.
Hayden Musick, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think monkeys think about basketball. Monkeys think of dunking shooting hoops and also, eating bananas. They maybe even think of being in a dunk contest. You see a monkey jump in the air. Next thing you know the glass shatters. This is what I think monkeys think of.
Isaac McGee, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Wow! We haven’t figured out how to know what animals are thinking yet!? I guess we kind of know. Like how a cat purrs when it is happy. When I feed my cat you can hear him from China. Now let’s stop talking about my cat and more about animals having thoughts. A dog barks to show excitement or anger. Animals have a lot of thoughts that we will never know.
Jack Litton, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I do not think so why you ask. We humans talk about what we think. Don’t you think if animals could talk and have thoughts like us they would say it and that is what I think about it.
Jaxon McLellan, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Most people do not bofer to wonder if animal have thought like us. I do they eat, sleep and hunt. They can do lots of thing we can do. When they eat, sleep, and hunt they think of doing it . I think animals have thought like us but do you.
Jaxon Sturgill, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you like animals? I do. If only they had the same thoughts as us. They do! I think my cat says, ”Cat, one more time I will fight you.” Because she’s old and doesn’t like girl cats or any crazy cat. I think my cat says,” Play with me Pixie!” and ”Scratch me hooman.” Also my mom says she knows what Pixie (my dog) and Buttercup (my cat) says. That’s why I believe what animals think are the same as our thoughts.
Jenna Fields, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Yes, I think animals have thoughts. My dog is probably thinking, “I need someone to talk to.” Her brother died when I was about 6. When she goes to her food bool it means she wants food. She is a Great Dane. Dogs and other animals would have great thoughts too.
Julia Reeves, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you ever think that animals think? I do. They’re so smart that it wouldn’t surprise me if tomorrow scientists found out that animals can think. Why do you think dogs wag their tails when there is something that they like? It’s because they’re excited. I think when wolfs are howling It’s because they’re trying to communicate, and not howling at the moon. If they’re so much like humans why can’t they think like us too?
Kale Creech, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I don’t think animals have thoughts like humans. I think animals like pigeons, and cats have thoughts. I think they have thoughts because they always know what to do. I think there thinking what to do. Those are the animals that I think have thoughts.
Lane Shaffer, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

If animals had thoughts, what would you think they would be? In my opinion, I think animals have thoughts. They probably think most about food! They also may think about decisions. If you have a pet they may be thinking that they want to play. Like I said they could think about decisions, like if they want to eat food or drink water. Do you think animals have thoughts? If so, what do you think they are thinking?
Lily Egbert, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you think animals have thoughts, if so what do you think it would be? I think animals have thoughts because they just can’t think about nothing of course. In my opinion I think most animals think about food because everyone has to love food. Now you know what I think animals think of most.
Maddie Lester, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you think animals have thoughts like people? If so, what are they thinking? For me, I usually don’t pay attention to my 4 dogs. I just pay attention to my guinea pig. Her name is Perry. When I get a food bag to feed her, she makes a lot of noise. It’s making me think that she is yelling to me that she is hungry. When i put her bowl in her cage, she starts making an even louder noise. It sounds like she is thanking me. At night, she wakes me up. I think she’s telling me she can’t sleep. When i get her out of her cage, she makes a weird noise. I’m still not sure what it means. That’s what I think that Perry is thinking. What do you think that your pet is thinking?
Madison Seay, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

What do you think your animals are thinking about? My dog and I always has a conversation after school. My dog always thinks about food, attention, and love. So what do you think?
Myra Copas, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Yes, I agree that know what you’re saying and what people. I say this because I have a little dog, his name is hard to spell, well whenever I talk to him he tilts his head like he’s trying to know what I saying, and whenever I’m sad he helps by rubbing against me. I also think animals know what we’re saying sometimes, like this game we play. It’s called, ” I’m going to get, ” and it’s like a protecting game, if someone says I’m going to get it or her, he barks and wags his tail, because he knows what we’re saying! Sometimes when he uses the bathroom, after he’s done one of us give him a treat. Sometimes I tell him to sit and he sits. My dog is a smart, cute, and loving dog, I will always love him!
Olivia Fraley, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you think that your pets, or even zoo animals can have thoughts? It may occur to me that they do. Here are a few examples of what they could think of. We all love our pets, but have you ever thought about when you want to dress them up? They probably think, “Okay people, I need to hide, they will torture me!” Even when you go to the zoo you will pass by and all the animals will think the spotlight is on them. Animals can also be bored. Fun fact! Seriously, they can, especially when you’re at work or at school. Animals can come in all different shapes, color, or sizes. But they can have thoughts too! These are examples of what they could think.
Reese Hoover, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I love animals, and they all have brains, so they all think like us. Some of them probably thinking, oh I’m hungry let’s get some food. Others are probably like I need food before I die. We all think something so do animals they think a lot of things just like we do. So don’t ever think they never think like we do. All animals think like us no matter what they think.
Sammi Culhane, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think all animals have thoughts of their own! I they have happy thoughts like, “You’re home!!!” or, “Thanks for petting me!” and even, “Outside! Outside! Outside!” But sometimes, they have sad thoughts like, “COME BACK HOME!!!” or, one that I can relate to is, “FEED ME!” I can relate to this because my dog Missy eats and then she acts like she is still hungry. Also I can’t forget the saddest one that zoo animals think, “Please let me out.” Do you think animals have thoughts?
Sarah Hilton, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

“Give me some food’ my dog always says. I know that animals can’t talk but their actions show it! When your dog wags their tail they are normally happy or want something. I think that my dog, or any other dog, thinks like a human. I think this because monkeys are our closest animal/living relatives so how far ways can dogs be? They most likely always want some food or sleep. “Time to play!” my dogs saying so, adios, I am off to play!
Shaelagh Durland, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I say yes, dogs, cats, birds, and even turtles all animals think like humans. We have all seen “The secret life of pets” right or just me. Anyway I do think animals think like humans. Well for a test cats they think ” I want food, water and for you to rub my belly as I fall asleep”. I mean common I am right. What do you think? Yes or no?
Sharlotte Penix, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you ever think that animals have the same thoughts as humans? I don’t. I don’t think we have the same thoughts is because some eat their own poop. Some always have food on their mind. Some always have sleep on their mind. Some are really hyper. That is why I think that animals don’t have the same thoughts. Do you think that animals have the same thoughts as humans?
Timothy Bonsor, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think animals do have thoughts like humans. Like they love people and they think about allot they have thoughts like us. Sometimes I think my cat will play all night and day I think that he thinks that I am the best person ever in the world. When I am sad he is thinking how to make me feel better he finds out how to make me feel better.
Titus Hobbs, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think animals have thoughts like people because they think they could do anything like turning on the TV, swimming, climbing. They can do things people cannot do like chewing a bone. Cats can climb trees, sticking landings, hide in spots people cannot fit in, and go in spaces like some jars. Do you think animals have thoughts like humans?
Trever Keith, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I feel like my dog has his own thoughts. My dog would think food, food, food, food! Perhaps my dog is from another plant far away. Do you think animals have thoughts like humans?
Tristan Chapman, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I think my dog has thoughts. When I sleep I grind my teeth. Also, my dog Izzy sleeps with me. She probably thinks I’m crazy or something like that. I think my dog has thoughts, what about you?
Yazmina Good, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers
