MILLER PERRY ELEMENTARY

If I made a time capsule I would put things from our generation in it. I would maybe put clothes in there. In the future we don’t know what the fashion will be. Maybe jewelry because it will be different in the future. I would put books in there because books will be different than they are now. In the future things will be a lot different.
Abigail Berry, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

If I made a time capsule I would put in a phone. Then a note and I will tell them all about 2019. Then an Xbox and games because they will maybe have something else. And that is what I would put in my time capsule, what would you put yours?

Dante Lubecke, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I have three awesome things that I would put in a time capsule. I would put in fresh air and PS4 because you will never know when you need some fresh air. I would put in a one dollar coin because they were made a long time ago. The last thing I would put in a time capsule is a golden college football. I think the people that find this will be happy.
Hayden Musick, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

If I could bury a time capsule I would bury a PS4 because they would probably make a PS5 or a PS6. I would bury an iPhone because phones have changed over the years from dial things, to flip phones, to iPhones. Also I would bury a laptop so people could see how they changed. These are things I would put in a time capsule.
Isaac McGee, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

The things I would put in a time capsule would be a newspaper, squishy, note, and old toys. I hope the person will like the things I put in it. The reason why I would put a newspaper in it is to show the year 2019. Also the reason I would put toys in there is just so the person will have a few new toys to play with. I would put the note just to tell them why I put in all the things in there and to show what they all meant to me. These are the things I would put in a time capsule.
Sharlotte Penix, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

First, I would put an iPhone in it because they would probably be amazed and call it an ancient artifact. They will also probably have an iPhone 500 in the future. Second, I would put in a photo of a car because they will probably have flying cars by then! Third, I would put in some fast food in it also their food by 3000 could by super different by then! That’s definitely what I would put in a time capsule. They might not even know what a time capsule is in 3000!

I will put in my time capsule is a Batman doll, toy gun, iPhone because they’re all a rip off by then. And probably an old teddy bear. It might be worth something like $10. There might be no school. Cameron White, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

If I can put three things in a time capsule, it would be cool. My first item will be a Wii U that will probably not be able to work if you found it. My next item will be an iPhone which will probably do the same thing as the Wii U. My last item will be a book which will be either Ghost or a Minecraft book. Those are my three items I would put in a time capsule.
Danny Tran, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I wonder how I can show future kids what we had here in the present time. I know! I will put items in a time capsule. These are the items. I will put my favorite console, and charger for it, also my favorite video game. It might just be a memory then. I will put a picture of me, and my family. A gold medal because they might have retro medals in the future. Those are items I would put in a time capsule.
David Parker, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Here are 2019 popular toys and other things. First a popular girl’s toy. There are Barbies and Shopkins and others but I would choose to make a homemade doll. Now a boy’s toy. Maybe a car like Hot Wheels or an electronic car. Something like that but between them I would choose Hot Wheels. The last thing I would put in my time capsule is a letter telling how old everything is. That is what I would put in my time capsule. What would be inside of your time capsule?
Elyssa Rodefer, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

The first thing I would put in my time capsule is an Xbox. The second thing I would put in my time capsule would be a Fortnite disc. If I could put three amazing things in a time capsule I would want them to be something that I love. So I would put Harry Potter movies, books, and clothing. I just think it would be interesting for future students to discover something that I really like from this time period. I mean they might not know what Harry Potter movies or books are, just that they are from the past. Those are the things I would put in a time capsule, and hope that future students would find it someday.
Gracie Stiltner, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I will tell you about items I choose and why I choose them for my time capsule. I would write a letter first to show how long ago it was. In a small box will be a picture of my iPad, books, and an old ring. I am doing this because I think it will be interesting. If I found a time capsule I would be shocked, would you?
Hailey Blevins, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

People in the future in a time capsule interesting. I would put my old phone in it. As well as a picture of my house. Last, I would write a letter about 2019 and put it in the capsule. It would be fun to find it one day. The things in the time capsule would fascinate people for sure!
Jack Litton, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Here are some possessions of mine I would put in a time capsule. I would put a cell phone in it because cell phones may not be there anymore, and of course I would put a charger too. Also a little toy (LPS or LOL doll) in it so they know what the past was like. And last but least a journal. Since the journal is too big, I would take a picture of each page then tape them together in order. And that’s what I would put in my time capsule.
Jenna Fields, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

If I could put items in a time capsule for future students to use, it would be stuff that we use the most. Here are my three things I would put in a time capsule, a Chromebook, pencil, and a backpack. I would want to send those items because it would help the future kids. A Chromebook is a touch screen computer it’s really cool! We use it a lot! A pencil can help us practice things that we don’t know very well. The last one left is the backpack. Backpacks help us carry our things around so I thought that might help the future kids. That’s the kind of stuff I would put in a time capsule for future students.
Lily Egbert, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

What items would you place in a time capsule for future students to discover? I would take a picture of my school. They might not have school in the future. I would draw an anime drawing too because what if they don’t have anime or animations in the future? Maybe I would get a paper and write the name EXO. Which is a K-pop group. They would look it up and see what it is. Those are the things I’d put in a time capsule for future students to discover.
Madison Seay, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers
