My favorite exercise is wall sits. The reason it is wall sits is because it’s the best workout for your legs and every time I exercise with my sisters, I always win against them when it comes to wall sits. Also where my sister was in football she has taught the correct position and everything for it so I can master it.

My favorite activity is tumbling. I’ve always done gymnastics, but I’ve always loved to go on the tumble track. Even after I stopped gymnastics my coach invited me to come back. I was so obsessed with it I wanted to be a judge. That’s why it’s one of my favorite sports.

I think it’s fun because it is something that a lot of people can play at the same time so it is a good game for a family as big as mine. It also doesn’t hurt that I’m really good at trivia. I also like it because it can be played electronically or it can be played non-electronically.

My favorite activities are basketball and track. I love to play basketball with my brother CJ at home because he likes to challenge me to games but where he’s so good at basketball, he always wins. Sometimes I can win, but where he will dribble between legs he will win. I love track because I have track with Khloe, Loran, Cheyenne, and Dalton. They are all my track buddies. I love to do the relay race because we have to sprint as fast as we can with a baton in our hands and pass it to someone else.

My favorite physical activity is more of a sport but not a big sport. My favorite physical activity is mini golf because it has always been enjoyable to play on the courses. The last hole was always challenging because you had to hit the ball up a ramp, in a spiral, and into the hole. I could never get that hole in one. All the courses at Putt-Putt are fun and that mini golf course made me love mini golf.

My favorite exercise is to run. Running is my favorite exercise because it works your leg and helps me control my stamina. It also helps your legs if you run up steep hills. I run for the cross country team at my school along with the track team, and we made it to state last season. After the race our coach got the coaches award for Best Coach of the Season. And out of all of those other schools, we placed second. That was the greatest season yet.

I know a lot of exercises but if I have to choose my favorite it would be running. I love this because I love to feel the wind in my fair and on my face. It also feels great for my legs and for my head. It feels good for my head because running is like a stress ball for me. I can change my speed and it relieves my anger, especially when I can vent with someone about a subject. But overall I love running so much because you can’t really be bad at it, meaning everyone can run, not matter how slow or fast.

My favorite exercise or physical activity would have to be riding bikes. Bikes are one of the closest things a kid can get to their own vehicle. Bikes are always a thrill to ride whether you are racing or just riding around the neighborhood; you can always count on a fun time. So maybe next time you go outside, ask friends and family if they want to go ride around the neighborhood.
