Action is something you can do every day. Basketball is my favorite exercise because you can dribble, run, shoot, and a lot more. This is my favorite exercise because it is super fun and I mean super. Exercise is good for your heath and get you fit. This is my favorite exercise.

Do you have a favorite physical activity or exercise that you like to do? I do, and it’s called gymnastics! I’ve been doing it since I was 4 years old, and I absolutely love it! It’s in Gray, TN. I go every Tuesday and Thursday, at 5:30-6:30. I didn’t go a lot last year on Thursdays because I did this thing at my school called Girls on the Run. I’m on level 7 in gymnastics. I also get to make a bunch of new friends at gymnastics. If you like to tumble, give gymnastics a try, I think you might like it!

Have you ever done something that makes you feel good inside, like an action not a good deed? I have all the time. I love to ride my new bike with my friends. Riding a bike is a really good physical activity especially when you go up a hill. I personally love riding my bike and it makes you get rid of stress. I like to try K-pop dances. I know it’s weird to try to dance. I only try the dances when my mom is another room or in her office, the room next to me. I listen to K-pop a lot. I only listen to boy groups though. So it’s awesome to try to dance like them. My friends barely know about K-pop, but they kind of do. That is the physical activity I like to do.

If you don’t fall that shows you are not trying hard enough. What do you like to do for a physical exercise? There are many things to do like jog, run, hike, and even bike. I love to ride on my bike when I get home and it is not wet or cold outside. When you ride a bike it gives you a good leg work out. If you get a good work out you will become good and healthy. You also become strong in your legs. That is my favorite physical activity.

What is your favorite exercise? Mine are riding a bike, basketball, and running. Riding my bike is one of my favorites because when I have a headache it makes it go away. Basketball is fun because when you shoot the ball you don’t know if you are going to make it or not. Running is one of my favorites because after I run a couple laps I feel relieved. Out of all those basketball is my favorite.

Do you like to exercise? I do. I especially like to run and jog. So that’s why I do Girls on the Run. The thing is, it doesn’t matter whether you run fast or slow, just go at your own pace. Like most weight lifting equipment, they are expensive, so is a dog. That is why you should get off Fortnite and start weight lifting!

Exercises, physical activities, there are all kinds of things you can do to be active. I love playing with my cat, Cherry, and swimming with my friends. I love playing with my cat a lot because she’s so sweet and kind of nice. Sometimes she wants to bite you hard, but I still love her. I also really love swimming because you can make it a friend activity and it’s so much fun. You can play all kinds of fun games. I really love these activities, and I really want to do these things more. So get up! Get your heart pumping and keep exercising!

My favorite exercise or physical activity is going for a bike ride. I like going for a bike ride with my friends because we can ride to the park. My two favorite things to do when riding my bike are riding my bike with my friends back in Florida. Also going and playing at the park. The first thing I want to talk about is riding my bike with my friends. We always used to listen to country music on the way to the park. We always used to laugh when we went over bumps. When we got to the park our legs were so weak. We would lie on the swings and look up at the sky. After resting we played tag. I love riding my bike with my two friends. Have you ever been told to exercise or play outside? My favorite sport is soccer and playing tag with my stepbrothers! When I play soccer I love to be goalie and I am pretty good at it if I do say so myself! The names of the kids on my soccer team are Mary, Julia, Orea and I can’t remember the rest because it was last spring. This coming spring I might get a new team because of something that happened with the coaches. One of my stepbrothers, Isaac, used to play soccer but now he is always on his iPad or our Nintendo Switch. My other stepbrother, Ian, plays football and I still play soccer. I also play video games but this NIE is about physical stuff. In soccer you run, kick, and you have fun! This is why I think soccer is good for people’s health.

You can dribble through the legs, behind the back, cross over. I like to play with my friends. I mainly like to play in my driveway. A basketball is only like $12. My favorite physical activity is swimming. I can go underwater and jump from the deep end. And kick from under the water and move like a torpedo across the water! And skid or tread the top of the water! And turn loops, spins, and twists. That is what I like to call triple spins in the water. I think that I can swim well.
