What do I think life will be like for kids 100 years in
future? I think robots will have taken over by then! Robots are becoming more
popular day by day! Robot kids is what it will be! The internet is taking over!
So are ROBOTS!
Mollie Cantor, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
In a 100 years there will be cars that run on jet
turbines. Also there will be robots that work at McDonald’s. People will have
robot dogs like Jimmy Neutron and instead of houses people live in bubbles. There
will be dinosaurs with sirens on top of their heads like the Rugrats. Then there
will be a metal Donald Trump as president.
Nathan Shelburne, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think life in the future for kids will be really cool.
The reason that I say that is because if it is 100 years in the future kids
might be in school learning. Or kids might be riding old and creepy roller
coasters. But that is what I would think kids would do 100 years in the
future.
Nick Barber, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think in a 100 years from now there will be bigger
roller coasters and some for little kids and more underground roller coasters
and they will be more fun.
Nick Gailey, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think life will be a lot different than it is now in
100 years. I think kids will move out of their houses when they are 15 because
the world is crazy. Houses and buildings will be made of non-breakable glass.
Schools will be very large and have 3 grades. The world changes every day so I
don’t think I want to know what it will be like in 100 years. Every kid would
be spoiled rotten because they would get everything they wanted. Maybe the
world would be a little bit happier and non-crazy in the future but the way it
is looking it’s not going to be.
Olivia Mitchell, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think life for kids 100 years in the future would be
great. Kids could have more fun. They could ride on roller coasters.
Piper Linton, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
How will life for a kid be in 100 years? I think kids will
be on their phone all the time. I also think that they will have their own car
that is made for kids. They will also be able to have their own house. I think
their sense of fashion will change. I think that some kids will have crazy haircuts,
with crazy hair color. I think they will look crazy in the future!
Riya Lewis, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
In 100 years’ time I think children will not have to go
school because humanity will already know everything. I know what you’re
thinking. I had to learn the whole periodic table of elements but in 100 years,
children won’t have to. It’s not fair I know but they don’t need it. They
probably have lots of technology like iPhone 2,000,000s and more than one SO
what I’m trying to say is, stick to life today.
Samantha Cavin, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
What do you think life will be like for kids in a 100
years in the future? I think they will love to play sports, playing with
brothers or sisters, and spend lots of time with family and friends. Kids will
love to go to school to learn, have fun, and play with friends. Life will be amazing
for them. Then when they grow up they will get to travel around the world and
see the beautiful country.
Savannah Evans, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
In the future I think we will be mostly the same 100
years from now. Google is working on a self-driving car that has sensors so the
car can see 360 degrees around the car. I have watched movies where they have
flying cars and a whole new world, but maybe 10 generations from now that will
be what we see. For kids 100 years from now I believe they will have more
advanced technology and updated cars such as self-driving cars. They might not
have phones and have some weird mind-reading hat or something. Maybe we cannot
see the future because it’s not ours to see. The future has been being guessed
since the 70s and everyone thinks it’s going to be awesome, but I think kids
are going to be different but mostly the same. I believe they will be advanced
and have updated electronics.
Tawni Toney, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think that in the future there will be flying cars. I
think that because some scientists have invented flying cars but they are very expensive.
Not everybody has flying cars, only some people do. I like the idea but I like
cars that we can drive on the ground. Some people have different opinions but
that is my opinion. It might be cool but I don´t know. Our cars on the ground
would just be like a big airplane with a lot of controls. I would get so
confused with all the controls. It kind of would be like a drone in the sky. That
is what I think it will be like in the future.
Taylor Bishop, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
In a hundred years in the future (2119) I believe life
for children will not exist or there will be high technology usage and
resources. There could be robot children that might or might not be good. When
the children were born they could have a robot doctor or even a robot
babysitter. The children could also have an automatic diaper machine that could
change their diapers. The children could not have school in a classroom and
take online classes for education. The changes I think will happen might not be
true or what you believe might happen in the future. Some of my predictions
might have a good outcome or a bad outcome.
Taylor Epperly, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think that one hundred years into the future life would
be amazing for kids. Money is not a problem because every week all of the kids
gets one thousand dollars. All of the kids will be home schooled and be very
educated. Instead of teachers they will have robots teaching them over their
laptop. That is what I think life will be like for kids in the future.
Taylor McKnight, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
One hundred years from now I think that a lot of things
would be different for students. I don’t think that students one hundred years
from now would have paperwork. Instead I think work would always be done on
really fancy computers. If the students are in high school and already have
cars then I think that the cars could hover. Hovering cars I think would be
awesome to drive in. I imagine the cars also having beautiful lights on the
bottom. I really hope that I can live long enough to see if anyone invents
hovering cars.
Taylor Shupe, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think in the future kids they will be addicted to
technology. They will have phones, iPads, and new video games because nowadays
there is not a lot of technology so in the future I think there will be.
Walker Baker, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think kids 100 years from now will be more respectful.
I think they will be more respectful because I think they will be raised better
and I think Lee County will have more stuff to do and more stuff to eat. I also
think it will be better because they will be treated better in the schools and have
a lot more better toys and they will not think it’s ok to do bad stuff when
you’re under 21. That’s why I think it will be better and I hope it will
be.
Zach Lane, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin
I think life for kids a hundred years from now will be
all about games and phones and stuff like that.
Adam Barber, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
Life in a hundred years is going to be the apocalypse
caused by world war 3. We are going to be nuked by Japan and North Korea
unexpectedly then our allies will nuke Japan and North Korea straight away then
the radiation will spread into their country and kill the people. Then nobody
will be alive.
Aidan Yeary, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I have no idea what it is going to be like. Life is so unexpected.
You have no idea where you are going to go. You can hope it goes the way you
want it to. You never know.
Alivia Collins, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
Kids in the future will be different. They will be inside
all day and then they will have whatever they want.
Ashton Elliott, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
Lazy people everywhere. Everyone is going to be on their iPhone
XXXVIII and they will be walking like zombies. That is what I think the future
will be like.
Ben Cope, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
In one hundred years I believe there will be very
advanced technology. I also think there will be hover cars. Finally, I think
houses will be advanced.
Cadence Ely, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
In 100 years I think that kids will be more modern. I
think that they will drive flying cars. And there will be robots that will get
them things because they will be too lazy.
Cayden Brock, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think they will have flying cars. They might have
phones that are clear. Maybe they will have a phone the size of a car.
Emily Stewart, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I believe that in the future life will sort of be like
how it is in the hunger games. You might question, “Why would you think that?”
Well, because there are a lot of bad things and bad people in this world. So,
things might get worse.
Emma Hobbs, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think that it will be very different because one
hundred years ago we didn’t even have television or internet. You might even
see people on the sidewalks riding “Back to the Future” hover boards. I think
the next century is going to be a lot better and very different.
Ethan Pennington, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think kids in the future will have more rights, like be
able to drive sooner or move out sooner.
Faith Arney, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think they will have flying cars like in the movies! It
would be like bubbles in the sky. It would be so fun! Those kids would be so
lucky.
Gracie Willis, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
All the kids will probably have iPhone Xs and Pixel
phones. They might even have bubble cars and hover boards. They won’t have to go
to school and it will be awesome!! I wish I could be a kid in one hundred years
but I’ve lived a good life from 2007 and wish to keep it that way.
Grier Crabtree, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
You would be very old. You would hurt a lot because you
have a lot of pain. 100 years old—no one in my family has lived that long so
far. It would be great if it did.
Hannah Blair, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think everything will be shut down because they will
get old. There will not be games or anything.
Jacob Childers, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
In a hundred years from now kids will probably never go
outside. The technology will be almost be unreal. It is kind of sad when no
kids will ever be social. It will all be online.
Jacob Marcum, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think it will be a lot easier. There will be a lot more
electric-based items and buildings. That is what I think.
James Cavins, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
Well how it is now I say that it will be the crash of
society. That would be what I think on that. Oh yeah, also I think there will
be socialism. Sad but true. Well that is something that I strongly hate,
socialism. So now I am done.
Joseph Honeycutt, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think people will be in school on Mars in a hundred years. I’m pretty sure that there will be self-writing pencils. There might be no school in a hundred years. It might be a medicine that everyone takes that makes you smart.
Kasey Berry, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
In one hundred years, I think children will have their
very own super suits. The super suits will have different powers each, which
will be their own choice. They will wear their suits to school and other
locations. The children will get to keep their super suits.
Kaydence Seals, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I would imagine in 100 years that most of the kids will learn
about 2019 and be like, “Wow, they had a very interesting life then!” They
would learn about us in history classes.
Kaylee Roberts, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think that tech will be super advanced. Like a self-driving
flying car, or a hover board that actually hovers.
Kylie Barnette, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think life will be really different in 100 years. I
think school will be completely electronic. I also think we will have flying
cars.
Madison Mullins, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
In a hundred years I feel like the kids will all have iPhones
and will have flying cars. I hope I get to see that but I doubt that. One more
thing—they will all be rappers.
Malachi Langley, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
It would be bad because some kids are very mean to their
parents and get away with it. Not me. I think some kids will be okay because their
parents don’t let them get away with it because, they would get a whipping. The
mean kids will get in trouble bad. The good kids will be okay, I think
anyway.
Megan Pennington, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
It would probably be awful. This time of year everyone is
playing video games like Fortnite. People and kids will probably have a robot do
everything for them. Maybe even cars that fly without a person driving
it.
Mikah Woliver, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think life will definitely be different in one hundred
years. I think there will be flying cars or I have always said there will be
bubble cars in the future. I think several animals will be extinct. There will
probably be physical and political changes. The world will probably be very
different in one hundred years.
Ryley Crabtree, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
I think in one hundred years life will be like this: Some
of us today will have husbands and some will not. Some of us will have kids and
some of us will not. That is what I think life will be like in one hundred
years.
Sadie Evans, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
Life for kids one hundred years from now, it will be a
lot different. Learning for all the kids would be a lot different. I think the
kids would be learning on iPads and not be doing a lot of paperwork. Life for
kids in the future would be a lot easier.
Seth Cowden, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Jones
