My new year’s resolution for 2018 is to swim the 800 freestyle competitively in meets. I am already swimming the 500 in meets, so it is exciting to know that if I work harder I can reach my goal. My goals for 2018 is to run a 400 meter race in under 43.03 seconds. A 400 is about 1/4 a mile, but you have to run as fast as you can. I try to practice around 2 times a week. To be able to stay running fast and getting faster, you need a lot of time to practice and you have to eat healthy. I hope I can make my 2018 goal.
