The first thing I would do is I would give one dollar to all my friends. Next I would buy and pay off a new home. I’m pretty sure my mom would take some so she could get some nice things. Now the part e all hate is that the government would take a large chunk of money from you. Finally I would mostly give some of the money to charities.
Billy Parker, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would give money to the homeless people. I would then randomly pay for people’s food or groceries. I would also give some of the money to my school so everyone gets to enjoy new sports equipment, new computers, or new supplies. I would give money to each teacher because they don’t get paid that much. I would give money to a person who has cancer so they could pay for their treatment. I would go to a shelter and give people money.
Briana Combs, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery, I would use it to help my family. A really big reason that I want to do this is because I want to try to repay them for all that they have done for me. And believe me when I say they have done a lot for me. I also want to help out. I would use some of the money to get us (my family and me) a new house and I could help by paying for certain things we need. This is what I would do if I won the lottery.
Caleb Smithson, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would buy my grandmother a new house and I would buy us a new house. My sister is going to graduate in one year so I would buy her a new car and pay for her college tuition. I would also give my money to charity and help everyone with cancer. That is what I would do with the money.
Carmine Parson, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would help people with my money. I would give some of my money to the homeless and buy them food and clothes and whatever they need. I would also give my mom and dad some of the money so they can do the things in life they want to do. I would also give some to my grandparents so they can buy what they want. I would also give some to my teachers because they don’t get paid enough and they have helped me with things I need to know and learn in life. I would also give some to my friends because they have always been there for me when I needed them.
Chelsea Woods, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would schedule a big trip for my family and me. The place I would probably pick would be Florida. The reason why would be because Florida is where mostly everyone in my family wants to go. I think it would be really fun and would be a good opportunity to see like, people you never get to see.
Chloe Wise, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I ever won a lottery I would put money up for college for my siblings and me. Then I would donate to homeless so their lives can be better than it ever was and I would buy stuff for school and buy stuff for family.
Christian Ridgely, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery and the prize was money I would pay off my parents’ house. Every single month they get a bill because they got a loan to buy our house. To pay this off would relieve a lot of their stress and it would make me happy to see them less stressed. And with the rest of the money I would go to an academy and get a better education.
Clay Sherfey, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would buy me a big piece of property on the river or lake and build me a house with a bunker to keep my family and me safe if something was to go wrong in the world. I also would buy supplies and probably a tank just in case something was to happen. I may also buy a pontoon boat and fishing gear. That is what I would do if I won the lottery.
Clayton Carr, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would give half of it to two of my favorite teachers, Mrs. Taylor and Mrs. Orren. The other half of it I would give to charity and the armed forces. I would give it to these people because I want them to have it for their appreciation. Charity because some of the charity people don’t have anything or just a little but not much.
Dakota Carrier, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would buy a lot of things. I would first give my dad money to buy a truck and my mom a car and an SUV. I would give my brother some money to get whatever he wants. Then I would save some for college. I would buy a brand new house for my family and buy some things for my other family members. To treat myself I would save some money to get a Corvette and a truck. I hope you enjoyed what I would buy if I won the lottery.
Dalton Gorley, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would spend most of it on my baby sisters for what they need. Then I would spend some on nice clothes and material items that we want. I would pay for us to go out anywhere and eat at good places. I would probably save a lot of it up for later things, like a car and house. But really, it all depends on the amount of money I get from it.
Darren Harless, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery, I would spend it on a few things. One of the things I would spend it on is donuts—donuts for days. Another thing I would spend it on would be donations to the Pitbull society and buy them toys, blankets, food, and etc. I would buy a brand spanking new…cardboard box! I would also pay to have flying cars and that boring stuff invented. I would also pay Ubisoft to name a character after me. I would then most likely blow it on video games.
Devin Depew, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would give it to hospitals and share it with my teacher Mrs. Taylor. I would also give some of it to animal shelters. Along with schools so that they can have better resources. I would also want to give money to the homeless. I would give back to the community.
Emily Childress, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would donate some of the money to cancer, homeless, and charity. If I won over one million dollars I would build a time traveler so I can go back in time to heal my brother and save him from leaving the world. I would also try to save my Pop Pop and Memaw because I never met them. My mom says I did but I don’t remember. I would do this because my Memaw raised my mom growing up. When my mom was little my Pop Pop and Memaw split up and first my Pop Pop raised my mom then my Memaw did. I hope you enjoyed what I would do if I won the lottery.
Emma Saxton, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would buy a gigantic cruise ship with all kinds of food and instead of all rooms inside only one floor for rooms. The rest of the space will be for arcade cabinets, pinball, pool, foosball, and every single gaming console ever made. I could go anywhere on earth. That is what I would do if I won the lottery.
Gabe Holcomb, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

First before I did anything I would give half of it to a homeless shelter. Next I would go to everyone in my family and give them 20 dollars each. Lastly, I would (if I had enough left) book 2 flights to Kentucky because I always wondered what visiting another big place would be like. I also wanted to see what kind of landmarks there are and how different they are from Tennessee. What kind of things are the same and what isn’t the same?
Gabriel Farley, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I ever won the lottery here are some things I would buy. The first thing I would buy is a lot of games. Here is a reason why I would buy that. If I bought a lot of video games I would almost never be bored again. I would also buy homeless people food and give money to help them out. That is what I would do with my money if I won the lottery.
Gage Southern, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would donate 25% of it to the church and 10% of it to other fundraisers, leaving enough to supply some for family needs or wants.
Gavin Roberts, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery, I would take care of my family. My family has cared for me and having a chunk of change would help me pay them back. My family and I are from Colorado, so a trip on a private jet would be vital. In Colorado we would all stay in one of the many manors I have in the world. There or anywhere else with me—the sky is limitless. That is what I would do if I won the lottery.
Jack Ragan, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

James Cross, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery, depending on how much money I win, I would donate one fourth to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, one fourth to starving children in Africa, and keep the rest for a trip with friends somewhere. That’s only if I won one million dollars. Now if I won $1,000 minus $995 ($5) I would go to Walmart and find a young kid to give it to and tell him to buy what he wants. Finally, if I won $10,000,000,000 (ten billion dollars) I would give $10,000 to a charity. Then I would buy a building in California and start a business for college students and adults to get a loan for their businesses. But that’s not all. For every $100 we make, we’d give $50 to starving children in Africa.
John Wise, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I were old enough (I am not) I would probably pay off all student loan debts. Then I would put half of what I had left into a retirement fund. With the money left I would buy my parents an expensive house. The rest I would use to buy a McLaren P2.
Kaden Ward, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery what I would do with my prize is I would save up for college because I want to go. I’m 15 and I will be getting my permit. I would want to get a car. I would get stuff I needed and help out my family if they need it. Help around the house and then have some for me.
Kailee Gross, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery what I would do would be I would buy myself a house and I would get a Toyota Tundra for my dad and a Jeep for my mom. I would buy a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a pool and I would pay off both the Jeep and the Toyota Tundra. The car I would get would be a Tesla Model X and the truck would be a Ford F250 Diesel Power Stroke. And I would give everybody in my family some and then what’s left I would donate to Shriner’s Hospital.
Kase Newman, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I were to win the lottery it would be a miracle. First of all, I’m twelve years old! Second of all, my family is against the lottery and I would disobey them. However, if I won I would go to Kenya (in Africa) and spend all my prize money to help with children’s education and I would sponsor some Kenyan students.
Katelyn Jones, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would want to travel the world if I ever won the lottery. I would go to Russia, Sweden, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Africa, England, and Mexico to travel and discover their cultures. I would also donate money to my local animal shelter so they can afford proper food and bedding for the animals.
Katelyn McGlothlin, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would give some to my grandparents and parents. I would also give some to the homeless people that I would see on the streets. I would give some to my brothers and keep some for myself.
Katelynn Cross, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would buy a new house for my family and some expansions towards it like a pool, veranda, etc. I’d buy my parents a new car each. I would buy some clothes, a better phone, a better basketball, etc. I’d help my parents pay for some of the monthly expenses on the house/land. I would fund a decent amount to cure cancer because much of my family suffers from the disease.
Levi Price, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I’d probably help my dad, nana, papaw, and myself to have better lives than what we do now. That is not entirely it. I’d also save a little for college, then have a little spending money. My reasoning for this order is that I love to see my friends and family happy, even the dogs. With that spending money I would get one of my dogs trained and my other two dogs some nice gifts because I love them like family.
Luke Dickerson, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

If I won the lottery I would share with each of my family members and I would keep the rest. I would also donate some money for charity and to the kids in need. After I gave some money away, whatever was left I would use it to buy tacos, Takis, Mexican candy, Jarritos, and some more food. Then I would go to a Billie Eilish concert because I’ve been wanting to go for the longest time. finally I would surprise my mother by bringing my sister from Mexico because they haven’t seen each other in more than 13 years and it would mean a lot to my mom because she has done everything she can for us to have everything we ever wanted.
Luz Orozco, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

I would give some money to people who can’t afford to get stuff. I would get more softball stuff like bats, batting gloves, a glove, etc. I would get some more stuff for my room because I need some new stuff and a few more things for my room. If I have enough money after I give it to the people who can’t afford it.
Madyson Doss, 7th, Holston Valley Middle, Mrs. Taylor

Depending on how much money, one million dollars, Trent and I would go to Hawaii. We are also taking our other rich friends Billy, Gage, Dalton, and Trevor. Then we would buy 7 PC gaming computers and 1 v 1 in Call of Duty Black Ops 4 then 2 v 2 in Fortnite. Then I would watch Avengers Endgame after my birthday. Then I would move to LA and live in a mansion. Then give the rest of the money to my sisters.
