If I could hold a world record it would be the most tosses tossed in one minute with a baton. I think it would be that because I can toss a baton fast like as soon as it hits my hand it goes back up. My most favorite thing to do with my baton is to just try to toss more in one minute. Also, because I love baton and I am good at it. I could toss for hours until my hand started to hurt. So, if I could hold a world record it would be the most baton tosses in one minute.

If I held a world record, what would it be? Most cartwheels in the world because I love doing cartwheels I can do 20 in a row. My aunt taught me how to do cartwheels. I was 9 when I started to learn how to do them with her. I am 11 now. It took me 2 years to get them right. It was hard at first but not now. I love doing them in my yard to show people I can do them right.

If I held a world record it would be, to be the best softball player ever. The reason I think this is because I’m already a good softball player. I would hit hundreds of home runs, I’ve already hit 4 so I have a pretty good start. My name would be all over the news and social media, I would be famous. If I play softball in high school I might get a scholarship, and I would hope there would be one from Tennessee or Florida. Softball is my favorite so I would love to hold a world record to be the best softball player ever. Nobody could beat my record.
Olivia Mitchell, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

If I could hold a world record, I would want it to be standing on one foot. It would be awesome to be able to stand on one foot for like an hour. You would be famous on everything like TV shows, movies and I think that’s about it. I can already stand about a minute but not for no hour. I can only do it because of basketball. We have to do it for one of our stretches. It is very easy to me. I guess it’s because I have to do it. I love basketball very much it is fun and awesome to me. One thing everyone needs to know is that if you play sports or not but this is to the ones who do you always need to have fun at everything you do. Do you think that all of these people set these world records without having fun? No, they all had fun setting these world records. So everyone who reads this, have fun at everything you do.

If I held a world record it would be in an eating contest. I can eat a lot when I’m hungry once I ate seven doughnuts in about two days, but when I am athletic I eat a lot too. I eat a lot of pie and ice cream too. If it was a candy eating contest it would be easy to win. I think I would be perfect for an eating contest world record!
Taylor Epperly, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

If I held a world record it would be to score the most points in any sport. I have always thought it would be cool to hold that record. Right now only four players have scored sixty points more than one time Wilt Chamberlain, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Elgin Baylor. Chamberlain is on the top with 32. Can you imagine he has scored sixty points 32 times! Bryant has done it 6 times, Jordan 5, and Baylor 4. I mean just imagine how many times they got the ball. Their teammates must have really believed in them. It would be amazing to hold that record.
Taylor McKnight, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

If I could held a world record it would probably be holding my breath for a long amount of time. I think that would be my world record because I swim way more under water than I do above water. Another reason is that I think that would be my world record because my cousin Caroline and I used to see who could hold their breath the longest and I would always win. I think someday I might actually hold that world record.
Taylor Shupe, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

If I held a world record it would be the best lineman in the world. When I get older I will be playing hopefully! I want to be playing for the patriots because they are good. I want to be like Gronkowski. He his good if you ever watch the Patriots look for number 87 and that is him. He is tall and kind of skinny.
Travis Eldridge, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

If I could hold a world record, I would hold the longest golf shot from three football fields because I am really good at golf. And I want to hit the ball 300 yards which is three football fields. Zach Lane, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

If I held a world record it would be staying on a horse bareback the longest. If you have good balance and your super steady it would be easy. I love riding bareback and I ride with a saddle sometimes but if I do it cannot be the fancy saddles that riders use to jump. I probably won’t be able to stay in them because they have no saddle horn, weird stirrups, and half of your seat on your saddle is missing.
