I have a pet and she is a cat and her name is Cotton. I love her so much and she is not even one yet. She is as white as a cotton ball and fluffy and soft. She loves people and loves to play. But if you get too rough with her then she will try to bite you but to stop her you just blow in her face or slap her on her head. When you are nice to her she will be so sweet but she can’t sit still unless she gets tired of playing. I love cats!

My pet is a cat and his name is Jeff. He is my little friend and I love him. Jeff loves to play but his little bites are painful. People try to make him a good kitty but I love my mean kitty.
Tiffany Murphy, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I don’t have a pet but if I did I would like a parrot. Parrots are the cutest and most talented animals I have ever seen.
Avery Lawson, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

Well, have you ever wondered what it’s like having a pet? I sure have. Having a pet is a wonderful opportunity. It brings you happiness, love, and even laughter. My pet is a dog and his name is Skip and he is a good friend.

I do have a pet it is a pit bull. Now when I say pit bull you think big and scary. That’s what makes this dog so special. He is the friendliest dog you will ever meet. He loves to play tug of war and he loves to tear everything up. In conclusion, I have the best dog in the world.
Cayden Hatmaker, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I have so many pets! I really don’t like to pick favorites, but if I had to it would be my pet pig. I love him so much. His name is Hammy; he is solid black and very small. Like me! He loves to run out in the field and play. He also loves to be held. It took him a while to get used to me, but now he is the happiest little pig there could be! He is just so wonderful.
Shawna Hurd, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I have a dog and her name is Marley. She is one of my favorite animals that I have had out of the other pets we have had. I love her because she is my sleeping buddy, fun to play with, and really lazy as well.
Keaton McDonald, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

My dog’s name is Sadie. She is a German shepherd and bull mastiff mix. My dog is very lovable and adorable! She likes to play, but if you want to nap, or relax she’s totally up for that too! I absolutely love Sadie because she keeps me active, cheers me up, she’ll do anything you do, and she’s very obedient.

I have a pet dog. Her name is Paisley. She’s grey and white, with just a little brown near her eyes. She is a Shih Tzu. She loves to play and cuddle. She likes to go outside and play with the other animals on the farm. She’s the best dog I’ve ever had. Sometimes she hates me, when I give her baths, but we have a bond that can’t be broken.

I have a cat named Bonkers. He was originally my grandfather’s cat but he was given to us. He is a very lovable cat. He was named Bonkers because when he was a kitten he would act really crazy at times.

One of my pets is a dog and her name is Eve off of Wally. One of my favorite movies of all time. She is an Alaskan husky. Eve is very sweet, and she is a little over two months old. She loves to play and bite your toes. I am trying to train and work with her, and she is starting to learn some tricks.

I have a cat and he is one of a kind. He just showed up at my house. I gave him food he looked like he was starving to death. Now he is a healthy and lively cat. I named him Oscar. He is the best cat in the world.

Most everyone has a pet, it may be a dog, a cat, or a snake. I have a lot of pets, but my favorite pet is my goat Buzz. He is about 3 years old, he is brown and white, and full of energy. He also likes to jump around a lot, and that’s how he got his name. He got that name because he would jump off of rocks and high places and it looked like he was flying like Buzz Lightyear.

I have two dogs, one named Buster and one named Trixie. Trixie is a small, brown Chihuahua. She can perform many tricks, hence the name Trixie. She can run very fast, and she absolutely adores her toys. Trixie gets very angry at other animals, especially big ones, but because of her small stature, she backs off if they get close enough.

Pets are one of the many great things that help us through life. I happen to have a pet: a cat. She is very playful, attempting to scale you by jumping out from behind a nearby object. Oftentimes she sprints through the house for seemingly no reason at all, only to fall over and go to sleep. She also can’t meow very well, making her meows sound more like squeaks.
Tyler Garwood, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I do. I have two pets actually. I have a dog and a hamster. My hamster is a baby dwarf hamster. It’s adorable and so tiny! The food I get for it is a dwarf hamster food mix. It only eats the tiny pellets though. Next, I have my dog named Penny. She’s a Borderline miniature collie. She’s like a brownish-red color, and she has some white fur too.
Lexie McKnight, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

If you don’t I’m going to tell you about mine. I have a Great Dane. His name is Jack. He is 3 years old. He is a big baby. All he does is eat and sleep all day. So if you want a lazy dog, get you a Great Dane.
Jeremy Pennington, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I do! I actually have 3 pets. I have two dogs and one cat. I love them all so much. If I didn’t have them in my life I don’t know what I would do.
Shelby Moore, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I actually have two pets. They both are Chihuahuas. The oldest dog’s name is Cracker Jack, while the younger one is named Lily. They both are very loud and constantly crave for attention. I love my two dogs.

I have a dog and her name is Brie. She is a Yorkie. She loves playing with her toys and us. She only weighs about five pounds, which is really small.
Jeffery Hurd, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I have a dog named Brie Bella. Brie is a full-blooded Yorkie. She weighed 14 ounces when we got her, and in a year she gained 3 pounds. Brie loves to play! She has so many toys it’s not funny. Yorkies are not a breed you find in the East, so we almost did not get her. She is grey and tan.
Jacqueline Hurd, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I have a beautiful golden retriever and her name is Rose. I’ve had her since she was 2 months old. She always makes me happy and brings me up when I’m down. The most important part is she is my best friend until the end.
Alex Hernandez, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I have two pets, both dogs and they are amazing. They are both extremely energetic, and love to play. They both also love to eat. They could eat a mountain full of table scraps. My mom calls them our garbage disposal. Honestly they both are just amazing and I am glad to call them both mine.
William Scott, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

Yes, I do. I have a little dog. Her name is Bella. She’s so soft and cuddly. She loves to play hide and seek. Her fur is white as snow. I love her with all my heart.
Sierra Parks, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

Yes, I have a dog named Daisy. She’s a boxer and she’s very old. She’s a real big baby. She loves to be petted and spoiled rotten. She’s so precious. We rescued her from the pound when she was very little, and she’s been our favorite part of our family ever since!
Shawn Hampton, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I have a little wiener dog named Roco. He has a little red sweater that makes him look like a lumberjack. He is very well-behaved and he loves attention. I don’t know what I would do without him!
Ryan Middleton, 8th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

Yes, I have a dog named Daisy and she is part miniature lab and part German shepherd. She is a wonderful dog. I’ve had her for 7 years and I am 14 now. My dog is not like any other dog. She knows exactly what time I walk out the door in the morning and what time I get home from school she has blue eyes and white fur. She is careful around small children and loves to lick people. Most of all she comforts me when I’m down, that’s what counts.
