This school year hasn’t been the best. My friends and I had some ups and downs. The most memorable thing that happened this year had to be me falling down the stairs. I fell down the stairs and my best friend did too. We both started laughing because I tripped over her shoe. We both tumbled. Neither one of us got hurt, but boy, did we laugh. I thought we were going to lose a kidney, that’s how hard we were laughing.

My memorable day from this year is when we went to a play at Lee County High. It was called Aesop’s Fables. They told so many stories, like The Tortoise and the Hare, Beauty and the Beast, and one about a fox. The play also was sad, funny, and awesome. If I could, I would see it again and again.
Evan, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

The “Silent Strength” program was a lesson for all of us to never bully people because you get older and forget about it, but one day you remember what you did to them and you finally find the family and they said that she has passed away. You could never get to say sorry. Then you will regret everything you have done to that person. Then you could never forget what you did because you didn’t get to say sorry and that was a great lesson for all of us and I’m happy everyone got to hear that story.
Lynsey Blair, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

My most memorable day is mostly every week, but it’s Fridays. Fridays are the best days ever because it’s the end of the week and it’s always a good day. In gym, we get to play free-day Friday. In coding, we get to play games. Lunch is the best. It’s usually always the best, but anyways, yay Fridays are the best.
