A memorable day from this school year is the first day of 2nd grade. On the first day of 2nd grade we got to meet the teacher, have new friends, and learn new things. When we met the teacher I knew we would have a fun teacher for 2nd grade. When we got new friends is when Lily and Connor came. When we learned new things, it was fun to learn multiplication. This was a memorable day of 2nd grade.

A memorable day from this school year was when Cadence left. A memorable part of the school year was when Cadence moved because she was a good friend until she moved. We never heard from her again. One memorable part of the school year is when a friend named Cadence left. We still have her desk to remember her. Sawyer sits in it now, but it’s here! When Cadence moved, it was a sad and memorable moment in the school year. We all used to play with her, but now we miss her dearly. These are the reasons that when Cadence moved it was a memorable moment.

A memorable day from this school year was when we dyed eggs. It was really fun. I dyed my eggs red, purple, yellow, and green. I loved how I dyed them. They looked so cool. We used a lot of Cool Whip. My eggs were very colorful. They were amazing. The best part about making the eggs was dipping them in the colors. It was so great. That was a memorable moment. It was one of my favorites. I loved it.

A memorable day was the Olympics. We did hockey, skating, and curling. I played hockey. We tied zero to zero. The best part was when I almost scored, but the goalie blocked it. When I watched skating, I figured out it was a relay race. We came in 4th place. It was cool. I did not understand curling. You take a plate and balance a ball on it. It was weird. This is why I liked Olympics day.

The most memorable day of this year is meeting the new students. We got to show them what to do in class. During our gym class, I tried to catch their ball and they got me out. Their names are Lily and Jacob. They are very nice. I am very nice to them and they’re very nice to me. My friends are nice to them too. These are the reasons I like the new students.

The one memorable day I remember is when we had Nerf Day. On Nerf Day, I shot people with Nerf guns. It is fun to do that. This can sometimes be boring if you have a base and you are protecting it. If you have a powerful Nerf gun, it can hurt. If you have a powerless Nerf gun, it doesn’t hurt at all. If you have a medium Nerf gun, it hits mildly. We played on teams. It was easy because we were on teams. Everyone was on a small team. We were the one big team because people of three would get together. Nerf Day was fun this year. Everyone had fun.
