The most memorable thing in school was the day we got to wear a hat because we do not usually get to wear a hat. I wore a Hooey hat. That is my story.

My memorable day was when I passed my reading benchmark. My teacher was proud of me. Also I remember when my friends and I went outside for PE and played hide and seek. I also remember when my friends went to the Halloween party with me and had cool costumes. I also remember when my friends and I went on a field trip where we got to have hot cocoa, listen to music, and learn about history.

A memorable day of this school year is the first day of school. I remember this day because I met all my amazing new teachers and got settled into my classes. Moving into this school was a great experience and when it comes down to it, I will be in tears if I have to leave. I love all the faculty and staff and wouldn’t trade them for the world. I also like the first day of school because I got to see all of my friends that I couldn’t because I was on summer break. Coming back to school was a blast because we did so many fun things. What is a memorable day this year was when I first started 5th grade. I can remember that our teachers was so happy to see and meet us. I knew that I was finally going to school at Elydale.
