JD Odle, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of snakes. They are scary and vicious creatures. They can be very dangerous. Don’t play or try to play with one of those snakes. I feel sorry for you if you do because you’re going to get bit and you could get hurt, sick, or if it’s poisonous, you could even die. Don’t ever get around snakes. It could happened when you’re playing with these nasty, mean creatures.
Madison King, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of being at a graveyard past 10:00 pm. I’m not really sure why, but I think it’s because of zombies. They feeling of dead people coming alive, I guess. I guess I think they’re going to grab me and take me with them.
Julie Woodard, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of clowns. Clowns are evil. When I watched the movie It, I got really scared. Clowns jump scare people. They are very loud and weird.
Aidan Byington, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of snakes. It all started when I was four years old. My dad and I were going to feed my goats. While I was walking, I stepped on a snake and it jumped at me.

Kaitlynne Bloomer, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of snakes. Snakes can be very dangerous because some of them are poisonous. They also can blend in with their surroundings. Also, snakes lie on the ground all day, but being so tall, I would never see them on the ground.
Tanner Epperly, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of a few things but I’m mostly afraid of the ocean. I’m afraid of being sucked under the waves. I like the small waves, but they’re usually really big. I’m also afraid of the sharks in the ocean. Overall, I’m afraid of all the ocean.
Reece Cook, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of snakes. They are so big and slithery. They can bite you so hard. I have never been at least one foot away from a snake. They are very harmful and mean. I don’t care about small snakes, but big ones, I hate them.
Jayden McNiel, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of small holes because they make me feel sick. This is a phobia that many people have and it is quite disturbing to me. I was born with this fear and I’ve tried everything to get rid of it, but nothing will cure this phobia for the life of me.
Madison McElyea, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of snakes! They can fit in small places through doors. They can be found in houses, sometimes in yards, and even dryers, washers, or cars. They’re everywhere. There are a lot of places they can go.
Lynsey Blair, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of bears because they’re big, black, furry, quiet, and fast. Just put yourself in this situation. You’re camping and you hear rustling in some bushes. You get up and grab a flashlight to look and a bear stands up! You want to run, but you’re frozen in place!
Jakob Crowder, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I’m afraid of clowns because they are strangers that could kidnap someone and when cops ask for a description of the kidnapper, all you could say is it was a clown.
Preslei Chance, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I’m afraid of clowns. Clowns are creepy even if they’re happy clowns at birthday parties. There were several clown sightings last year because they knew people would be afraid of them. Scary movies about clowns don’t scare me, but if I see one in person I’m going to be walking the other way.
Raven Burgan, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

I am afraid of clowns because they have sharp teeth and they manipulate children and hurt them. They are also larger walking versions of dolls.
Jace Corbin, 7th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Brooks

What Are You Afraid Of? I´m afraid of heights. When I was about 7 or so, I had a tree house that I was playing on with two of my sisters. My sisters and I were playing on the slide on the tree house, taking turns sliding down. I was taking a while because I didn’t know if I wanted to go head first or normally. But my little sister was getting angrier and pushed me down the slide, well kind of. When she pushed me I wasn’t ready for it and didn’t know which way I was going. Then I fell off the slide and was hanging on to its edge. The slide wasn’t tall though, I could’ve landed on my feet, but I was still scared. My sisters told our dad and he came outside and got me. Because of that, I didn’t have to clean for a week. My sister wasn’t as lucky as me, she got in a lot of trouble and had to stay in her room with no devices for 3 days.

I am afraid of snakes. I don’t like the poison ones. I even don’t like the garden snake I am steal afraid of them. I don’t know why. I am also afraid of spiders too. I don’t like Tarantula, and the black widow. What are you afraid of?
Aubrey Malle, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

I am most afraid of snakes. They freak me out a lot. They are so slimy and gross and if they are poisonous they will kill you. One time I went with my brother and my Grandparents to go fishing as soon as my Grandfather got out of the truck there was a garden snake. I didn’t get out of the truck after that. My brother loves snakes. I couldn’t image having a pet snake. I hate snakes!
Bailie Hughes, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

My greatest fear is spiders. One day my papaw had me go to his shed to get some rims when I got there, there was a brown recluse about two pounds. I grabbed a stick and smacked it. I am afraid of spiders because they look weird and they can bite. But my worst fear is snakes. One day I was hunting for deer and an anaconda came out of its hole. It was eating a frog I got a stick and killed it. I am afraid of snakes because they are poisonous.
Braxton Anderkin, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

I am afraid of spiders. I am afraid of spiders because I got bitten by one a couple years ago. I do not like their harry legs and creepy eyes. I do not like their webs and eggs either. The spider I am most afraid of is a Black Widow. I am afraid of Black Widows because they are poisonous. They have big fangs and spin webs that are very sticky. My biggest fear is spiders.
Braylen Pendergraft, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

I am scared of snakes. Ones I was walking down a hill the grass was high. When I went inside I got my rabbit´s water. When I went around the pouch and it hoped out of a bunch of tall weeds. It was a black snake. I could not see it and then it hoped out of right in front of me it almost bit me.
Brecken Nimety, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

I’m afraid of poisonous spiders and snakes. I hate really big spiders like the Brown Recluse. I hate Black Widows also. They are not as big as the Brown Recluse but, they are still big. Black Widows hide in dark places. I hate snakes like the Black Mamba, Cobra, Rattlesnake, Copperhead, Cottonmouth, and the Anaconda. I hate all the types of camouflage snakes because if you’re outside playing there might be a snake right in front of you and you don’t see it. Then it bites you and you have to go to the hospital. Some of these snakes do not live in the area I live in but, I have seen pictures of all of these snakes. The Cobra has a weird head/face. Anacondas are huge and the camouflage snakes are the ones you just can’t see.
Brycen Coomer, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

I am afraid of snakes. I am afraid of snakes because, one time I was walking to the chicken pen and I heard a hiss under the porch. I looked under the porch and it was a garden snake. Once I was outside catching frogs and crawdads out of the creek. I lifted a rock and a water snake popped out. I went to tell mom and she told me to get the 410 gauge so I shout the snake and of course it died. I have a lot of experience with snakes I guess that’s why I don`t like them.
Cade Troutman, 5th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Austin

I am afraid of snakes because they are just so slimy and scary. But mostly I’m scared of them because they can bite. You and some of them are deadly and poisonous. Some of them can kill you such as a rattle snake a copperhead and python and more. Some still can bite you but are not poisonous but still can harm you and can likely put you in hospital. So if you go out in the woods always look out for snakes and other animals.
