My recent accomplishment is that I hit the ball in softball. It was my 2nd strike and 1 ball. I was running fast, but I had hit it to the pitcher and she threw it to first. It was close, but she had beat me to it. I was so proud. Even though we had lost, I felt good.

A recent accomplishment I just had was making a good grade on my math test for the first time this year. That’s what I think my big accomplishment is. I made an 86%, the highest I’ve ever made on a test this year. Hopefully, where St. Patrick’s Day just went by, it might have sparked some good luck in me to keep acing these tests and keep being an A and B honor roll student. So, wish me luck!
Madison King, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

My recent accomplishment is when I wrote a story about the wolf and the moon. I gave it to a teacher. She read it, then another teacher read it. They almost cried. She told me that I am really good at it. That made me feel really good that I can do something like that. I have won a lot of things, but that was the best thing ever.
Shirley Washburn, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

I haven’t made an accomplishment yet, but I want to. I want to make a really good grade. I want to pass my SOL. I have a reading and math SOL. That is my accomplishment—that I want to make a good grade.

My mom needed help around the house, so I helped her. My older brothers are always doing something else. I try to help around but most of the time, I help but never get help back. Sometimes my mom would say, “Thank you,” but I never really replied to it.

I completed Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare in one day! I started saving Geneva then, I did a whole bunch of Jackal strikes. Jackals are like jets but they go in outer space. The first mission is on one of Saturn’s moons and UNSA research facility. You try to get some type of planet destroying weapon, but a wall of the research facility blows up and the air lock breaks. You fall on ice, then the Settlement Defense Front leader breaks your mask. It’s very sad! At the end of the game, you destroy the SDF super carrier and fueling station. That’s even sadder.
