Thank you for all you do for me. You do your job and take care of us. You help me with my homework. You help people when needed. You pay the house bills. I try my best to see you when you are home and miss you when you are gone. I love you. You are the best dad ever!
Love,

Dear Papaw,
Thank you for taking care of us when we are sick. Thank you for cooking for us when Mamaw is at work and feeding us. I love you and think you are very special. Thank you for making sure we take a bath and are clean. I hope you get well and are not sick really soon! I love you! You are my Valentine!
Zoey Drinnon, 3rd, Mount Carmel Elementary, Mrs. McCann

Thank you for all you do for me. I love you. You help me learn to cook. You take care of me. You play with me and it’s fun! Thank you!

Dear Mom,
I am writing this thank you letter because I love you so much and you help me with some things. I want to thank you for the awesome food that you cook for me and for helping me with my homework. Thank you for offering to help me when I do not need any help. When I holler for you sometimes you come, but sometimes you do not come. It is ok. I want to thank you and the Lord for taking care of me and feeding me. I am sorry you are sick and I hope you get well soon! I feel so bad for you. I love you.
Love,
Sierra Rhoten, 3rd, Mount Carmel Elementary, Mrs. McCann

Dear Mom,
I am writing you a thank you note, because I want you to know how important you are to me. First, I want to tell you that you are very nice to me and always have my back. I also want to thank you because you are the best mom ever. One more thing is I think you are so, so great. So that’s my letter to you. I wanted you to know how special you are to me! Happy Valentine’s Day!
Love,
Raylie Gray, 3rd, Mount Carmel Elementary, Mrs. McCann

Dear Mom,
Thank you for always being there for me when I needed you. You always try your best to get me whatever I want (even if I don’t need it). You also always spend time with me. Even though you are annoying sometimes (but everyone gets annoying time to time), I still love you.
Love,
Raven Burgan, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Karder,
You are the best cousin ever! But you can be annoying sometimes. When you stay the night we always have a lot of fun. You say a lot of things that don’t make any sense. But you make me laugh a lot. I make you laugh sometimes. You are really nice and you aren’t mean like Braylen. I hope we can have more fun in the future!
Love,
Kaelyn Pendergraft, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Nanny/Mammaw Mary,
You have given me so many thing throughout the years. I want to take time out of my day to thank you for all the laughter and joy you have given me.
Love,
Chelsea Ayers, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Aunt Sherri,
I loved you so much! Much like everyone else. You were a fun-loving, spunky fashionista. You could have shopped all day! You were a tell-it-like-it-is kind of person. You are definitely where I got my love of animals. My aunt loved all her dogs from her big husky down to her tiny Yorkie. She loved them all. You were so nice and definitely funny. Even though I didn’t see you a lot I love you so much. We all miss you so much.
Love,
Caylea Ellis, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

My family member is my great-grandfather Buck Smith! We call him Gepa. The thing I love most about him was he loved me more than anyone in the world! Unfortunately, he is no longer with us. He passed two years ago because of bleeding on the brain. But that’s okay because we know he is with us today!
Jessie Barton, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Nana,
I want to thank you so much for everything you do for me and the rest of our family. You always put yourself last and us first. No matter our financial status you make sure to keep us safe, healthy, and happy. No matter what happens you always stay strong. I know this may sound cheesy, but you really are the glue that holds our family together and that’s why I love you so much.
Mia Jerrell, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Uncle Glen,
I miss you so much and there’s not a day I don’t think about you and I just want to thank you for all the good and fun times we had when we watched TV and ate popcorn together and then we flew a kite and you tried everything in your might to show me what a true uncle is and you did more than show me you were the best uncle a girl could ask for and I want you to know I love you and rest in peace.
Madison King, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Thank you, Baylee for being here for me. You support me through my career in gymnastics. When I get a new skill you’re so happy for me. What I love the most about you is your kindness.
Sincerely your niece,
Willow Britton, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

I thank my daddy for teaching me to fight for what I want and not letting anyone stop me. I thank him for teaching me how to play softball and throwing with me outside. I thank my mama for teaching me right from wrong, for caring for me when things are low. I thank both of them for putting food on the table and just being there, still together, caring for me and my sisters.
Emma Fortner, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Mom,
I love you the most because you sometimes buy me a lot of stuff. And I am the one that loves you the most.
Sincerely,
Kaleb Hilton, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Darin Gulley, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Dad,
I thank you for all you have done for me. Getting food for me and getting a roof over my head and a bed to sleep and teaching me how to survive in the world. Thank you.
Daniel Moore, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Mom,
I want to thank you for being my mom. For letting me get Mimi and Buster. For making me laugh. And I want to thank you for everything else you do.
KK Gibson, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Mom,
Thank you for giving birth to me.
Riley Brock, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Dad,
Thank you for all you give me, buy me, or for what you show me how to do. Thank you for giving me the knowledge to do things with my life. I love doing things together like playing sports, video games, fishing and doing any other things. I love you.
Nicholas Kimberlin, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Once upon a time I had a mom and a pawpaw and my pawpaw loved to help me with my homework and my mommy helped me pick my school clothes.
Brooklyn Cole, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

My family member I’m going to write about is my papaw. He passed away two years ago. He was one of the sweetest human beings I’ve ever met! He was such a character, there was never a dull moment when he was around! He would make you laugh until you cried! Most importantly though, he loved all eight of his grandchildren unconditionally! He was one of the most respectful men I ever knew!
Reece Cook, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

He may not be here but my papaw taught me to be happy with what I have. He would take me out to go get ice cream and I would always find a toy and he would say no. and second thing he taught me was to give to others. And he would let me get a toy but donate it to others and that was my papaw.
Carrie Wilder, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

My dad took care of me and my brother for five years. He was a good man. He loved my brother and me and we loved him too but he died March 2, 2017 in an accident but it’s okay. He’s in a better place than we are.
Makayla Burgan, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Mom,
You are the best mom ever. You support me in everything I do. You give me food and shelter. I love you to infinity and beyond and back.
Love,
JD Odle, 6th, Jonesville Middle, Mrs. Gibson

Dear Papaw Ronnie,
I miss you so much! I miss when you were here because you would take me anywhere! I wish you were still here! I miss you and love you so much! He passed away February 15, 2015. It’s almost been three years without him and I just wish he didn’t go.
