Enter the NIE Halloween Art Contest for a chance to win a $30 prize and have your artwork published in the newspaper. Submit one letter-sized Halloween-themed drawing to the Kingsport Times News office by Wednesday, October 18th.
Winning artwork will be featured in the Saturday, October 28th edition of Kingsport Times News.
