If I was principal for the day everyone would have pizza and cupcakes for lunch and watch movies all day. That’s what I would do if I was principal for the day.
Melody Shepard, 4th, Weber City Elementary, Mrs. McClain

What would I do if I was assistant principal? I would go to each room and watch the kids and teachers work. Then I would go back to my office and do my work. If I was assistant principal that is what I would do.
Lexie Gillenwater, 4th, Weber City Elementary, Mrs. McClain

If I was principal for a day, I would have my own rules for the day that would be fun for all. Before 10:30 I would make students work on crafts and art programs in the classroom. At 11:00 I would let them have gym and do anything they want! At 12:00 I would let them read and draw. At 2:00 I would let them play outside and on the computers the rest of the day.
Maggie Dunworth, 4th, Weber City Elementary, Mrs. McClain

If I was the principal for a day I would let every person in the school go outside. I also would get Cokes for everyone. I would give them cookies. I would give everyone a tablet. I would let them play Pokémon. I would buy snow cones for everyone. I would let them play in the creek. I would make the school day end at two o’ clock. I would let them play dodgeball.
Peyton Broadwater, 4th, Weber City Elementary, Mrs. McClain

If I was principal for a day I would treat everyone equally. And have a welcome to Weber City Elementary School sign to have everybody feel welcome every day. And nap time every day at twelve. And have boy and girl teachers.
Aubrey Smith, 4th, Weber City Elementary, Mrs. McClain

If I was principal for a day I would let everyone play on their electronics all day long.
Aiden Lewis, 4th, Weber City Elementary, Mrs. McClain

If I were principal for a day I would call off school because if I was principal all the students would like me better than the old principal.
Clara Marshall, 4th, Weber City Elementary, Mrs. McClain

If I was a principal for a day I would have a free day and it will be like this. The first two hours is outside time. The second one hour is drawing time. The third one hour is PE. The last two hours is anything you want.
Parker Jackson, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I could be a principal, I would let anybody who is being bullied beat the person until they bleed. And I would allow any drinks and food anywhere. And I would allow anything in school. I would allow all pets. And you could sell anything.
Austin Golden, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was the principal of my school for only one day I would take all of the rules away. I would let the kids do anything they wanted to do. If anyone was getting bullied, I’d let the person who was getting bullied fight back. I would also let the kids have like three field trips in one day, the first one to Kalahari which is the biggest indoor water park in the U.S. Second. I would take them to Dollywood, and the third place would be Gatlinburg, TN and let them each spend fifty dollars each. I would probably be the best principal ever.
Cameron Goins, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was principal for a day, I would let the kids do whatever they want. They could get free snacks. Get in fights without getting in trouble. They could bring anything they wanted to. They can even play on their phones and computers all day.
Drake Cheek, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was a principal I would let everyone do anything they wanted to.
Jacob Eldridge, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was a principal I would let poor kids get free snack and drinks. We would let the kids have free time on the computers. Then we would take the kids on a trip to Dollywood. Then I would give out free money.
Austin Tidmore, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was the principal of Elydale I would let the kids take a field trip. I’m not for sure where I would let them go. But I would consider it and might let them go to Florida to Disney. I would let them go on a field trip because they need to have some fun sometimes.
Emilee Smith, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was a principal I would be kind to students, I would let them do a lot of things as long as it is not illegal. I also would not let them fight, I do not like fighting. I would let them have free time for a little bit and also let them do what they please during free time. I know it sounds a little crazy but if I could see me as a principal that is probably what I would do. I wonder if I will ever be a principal.
Makenzie Hensley, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was principal for a day I would give the whole school a field trip for all their hard work. I thought maybe they deserve a little field trip to Dollywood or somewhere. And I would make school only 10 minutes and then we can all go home. I would like if we also wore our pajamas too. And we would also watch movies.
Olivia Tamo, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was principal of my school for one day I would have pajama day every day. PJs are really comfortable and I think they’re relaxing. And I think PJs are cute. And another thing I would do is have party day everyday too! One more thing I would do is have free time every Friday.
Kenzie Marsee, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I were a principal for a day I would be nice to all students. Because if I wasn’t nice they would hate me. That is one thing I would do to be a good principal. Another thing I would do is give people one pizza party a week. I don’t want people to be bullied; that is mean and unfair.
Logan Catron, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

I would first go around the school and explore because I haven’t seen all of the school yet. Next thing I would do is allow phones in free time because it makes life 10 times easier. Third thing would be naps. We need naps now that we’re older and work harder. Last couple things I would do for myself is…watch YouTube because I’m obsessed with it, listen to music, and go home earlier than I have to. That is what I would do if I was a school principal.
Kristen Ball, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I were the principal for one I would let the students have an ice cream and pizza party with tons of stuff to put on the ice cream. I would have games and let them spend the night at the school but not make them do any work. If any of them got hungry then they could go to the kitchen and get something to eat. That all sounds really fun. But they would have to get permission slips signed.
Macee Collins, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I were principal of the school for one day I would let the kids have a slumber party at the school (with a permission slip). They could make slime and butter slime galore. I would let them get snacks later and then watch a movie. It will be as fun as a playground because all the kids would have fun. I wonder if Ms. Mooney will let us do that someday.
Olivia Parks, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was a principal I would help the poor people that are homeless. I would help stop bullying by helping them stand up for themselves. Then I would give more PE time because it’s healthy. It might happen.
Blake Long, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was a principal for one day I would let every student and teachers have free snack of their choice. Another one is to let the kids play on computers. Another one is to let the teachers have a free day. Another one is to have fun all day. Another one is to go on a field trip the kids get to choose.
Thomas DeLong, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was principal I would let students watch movies and eat popcorn. I would let them go outside and play on the jungle gym. I would give them candy. I would give them phones. I would let them bring animals.
Emily Warren, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was a principal of a school I would let kids party and eat pizza all day long. I would name our class the no work zone. No SOLs, no work or homework and pay kids 100,000,000 dollars a day to come to school. I would let them also drink soda, bring toys, play their phones and video games, watch TV and play on the computers.
Isaac Hensley, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio

If I was principal for a whole day I would let the students do anything they want. As long they go to at least go to one class. School would start at 10:00. They would get soda and KFC for lunch. I would also let them have their phones out.
Gabriella Hamilton, 5th, Elydale Elementary, Mr. DiVirgilio
