One day I was going to a wedding shower. Not just any wedding shower, it was my cousin’s! Well when it was almost over, my cousin’s baby Harper was with me. Guess what! She took my glasses! Then she ran with it. That whole time I was chasing her I thought she was a little rascal! Thankfully, I got them back, but I did take a while to get back. I mean Harper might be a baby but she can run fast. When she runs you can’t stop her! When she’s running she is in the zone, so you can’t do anything! BUT! Guess what, when I sat down she came to me and took them again! I was getting really mad so I chased her like sonic. Of course she was smiling because I couldn’t get to her. Then Harper did this taking and giving back about five times! But she stopped. I guess she didn’t think it was fun anymore. But I love her. Anyway, she is just a cute kid. I can’t resist her puppy eyes…! (P.S. the next time I saw her, maybe a few weeks ago she took my glasses again!)

Oh did I hear someone say that they did something fun? Well do you want to hear what I did fun? Okay. The most fun thing I did was that I had my mom’s baby shower. My mom is having a baby boy. His name is going to be Oak Lee Wayne Roark. He is as big as a fake baby doll. He is due in October. I bet he is going to be a cute little boy. I hope when he grows up to be nine like me he is going to ride a dirt bike like me. In the baby shower my mom broke two and that means that she is going to have two more kids. She did not like that, no she did not. I am so lucky to get a new baby brother.

It was a sunny day and I went with my parents to a golf tournament. I still knew they were coming. I’m pretty sure I said, “O come on! Where are they?” And suddenly the car door opened. “Boo!” Logan said as he scrambled across the car. Well, it took longer than I expected. As soon as we got to my house (probably the best built in the neighborhood!) we started dribbling, shooting and severed my volleyball and basketballs. After we got bored, we played Barbies. (Surprisingly he likes it!) I figured that we should draw and color. And then it came to me, a musical! I was in love with the idea. Minutes of thinking and creating, we successfully made a musical! We then had a delicious meal. Now the hard part, getting to sleep! We watched a movie until we felt sleepy. And as soon as I turned off the TV, I was being kicked by someone. And I said, “Oh boy, here we go again.”

Well at first it was a normal fishing trip but it… CHANGED!!! So yeah, I caught a fishing rod. It was amazing, because it was in perfect condition!!! There was no slime on it, WOW!!! It was a 4 and a half foot long pole. It was a bluegill rod. It had six pounds of line on the tiny reel.

Once I was at Girl Scouts and we went through a hole in a fence that leads to a baseball field. We were playing dance off and Fisher kept chasing me and I kept falling and tripping. It was so funny. We all laughed and couldn’t stop. We also had to dance and I did the weirdest so I got first place. Fisher got really mad because he got second so he kept pushing me down and I also kept tripping. That was the best and funniest day ever. I will never forget this day ever.

One fun thing I did was I went to Dollywood with my cousins. I was nervous and excited at the same time! Do you want to know why? It was my first time riding real rollercoasters at Dollywood. The first rollercoaster I rode was The Blazing Fury. Second wasn’t really a roller coaster but it is my new favorite and it’s a water ride named Dare Devil Falls. And third of the most fun rides was The Fire Chaser. Sure it scared me the most but it was still fun. When it was time to go I thought, “When I come here again I will ride all of the rides again.” And guess what, I can’t wait to go again.

Last month I went to the beach. I was lying with my back to the ocean. ”Hey Shaelagh?” said Isaac. ”Yeah?” I said. ”Do you think a wave will come over you?” said Isaac. “No.” I said. Then right after I said that CRASH!! A wave came crashing over me. ”Ahhhhh!!!” I said. ‘Wow, just wow Shaelagh,” said Ian. ‘ Oh come on!!” I said angrily. That is what happened last month.

The most fun thing I did in September is going to the KOA. I loved it so much. The first thing I did is we played a thing that we called the big pillow. What we did was my baby brother was making these weird noises and well, we all were but he jumped and made one more noise then bam! He fell off the back of it and we all ran to him and he was still making that same noise in the sand. The 2nd thing we did that was so much fun was we all 3, me, my baby brother, and one of my friends were playing in the sand. We played there for 30 minutes and then we played in the park. Then we walked the whole camping place. The 3rd thing we did is me, my big brother, and my baby brother all were swimming in the pool. We played in the pool in the rain. We played in the pool in the sun and I learned how to swim. I loved the KOA and I hope I can go back soon.

The most fun thing I’ve done this month is a sleepover with Bo. My dad picked me up with a surprise in the car which was Bo! When we got home we started playing video games. Then when my mom got home we went to Texas Road House. We started telling jokes and couldn’t stop laughing. We laughed so much that we got kicked out of Texas Roadhouse. We then went home and Bo and I started playing more video games. Then we went to bed for the night. The next day we had a big wrestling match and that turned out bad. Then he went home. After that, I had another sleepover with another friend and that was awesome too.

I am the dog kind of person and my dog is so fun to play with. His name is Haze and he is almost two years old. He loves to run and jump and play with me and sleep. When we don’t play with him he’ll get mad and jump over the fence and play with the neighbor’s dogs. The other day he slobbered all over me and I had to take a shower. When we leave he will stay in the same spot until we come back. I love my Haze!
