MILLER PERRY ELEMENTARY

A fun activity I enjoy doing is roller coaster riding and the one I will tell you about is Mystery Mine. Mystery Mine is a ride based off a cave. It has three humps that go straight up. It also has one loop the loop. It also has a lot of drops that go straight down. That’s how I would describe Mystery Mine.

Have you ever been to Dollywood and ridden the Wild Eagle? I have and I love it! You go up and down, side to side, loop the loop, up again, everywhere! It’s really fun! My best friend Lily loves it too! Twinsies! I go on it with my dad and my brother, but my Mom hates it! It’s a really fun ride, you should try it; you would love it!
Blake Frazier, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

This is about fairs. Do you like fairs? Well I do. I don’t ride rides. I like to play games all the time. That what I like to do at fairs.
Christian Young, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

If you want to know my favorite amusement park and ride there I’ll tell about it. My favorite amusement park is Dollywood! I like all the treats and rides. My favorite ride there is Wild Eagle! My favorite part is the big drop. I like all the curves. I like to go up and down and upside down. I like everything about it. That’s my favorite amusement park and ride there.

Cooper Maness, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

My favorite activity is doing water fights. I will usually do water fights in the front or the back yard or one of my friends yards. There are usually 7-10 people that will join in a water fight which is my friends mostly but something parents will join. Water fight are fun to do with friends and family and maybe if you have a sibling then could join on the fun so throw a water fight and you can uses any water gun. That is why I think water fights is a good activity.
Danny Tran, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

The fair was awesome! Do you want to know what my favorite ride was? Guess what, you do not get a choice. Here it is. I don’t know what it was called. It was a circle. Seats were on it that the back of it would go on your back. It went round and round, and you would be going on top of something. It would slow down and it would be over. Nothing is better than that ride.
David Parker, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

My favorite amusement park and ride is what I’m going to tell you today. Universal is my favorite park. My favorite ride there is a huge drop line. That is my favorite park and ride there.
Gili Moratalla, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

My favorite ride in the history of rides is the one the only…Wild Eagle. I love that it goes so fast but it is not bumpy. The first time that I rode Wild Eagle I felt like an eagle!
Gracie Stiltner, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you like the Wild Eagle ride at Dollywood? I do, it’s my favorite ride. Wild Eagle goes in two loops. It also lasts for a minute. If you sit in the front it can get really windy. It has a big drop at the beginning. That’s my favorite ride, what’s yours?
Hayden MacIver, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I love Dollywood because of all of the rides but Wild Eagle is the best. I like Wild Eagle because of its turns and loop the loops. It feels like you’re upside down. The only bad thing is that there is a long line. Wild Eagle is the best ride ever.
Hayden Musick, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

My favorite place is like an amusement park and a fair. Can you guess…Disney World. My favorite ride is at Magic Kingdom. The ride is called Space Mountain. Disney World has the best hot dogs and hamburgers, but I really love their slushies. The fair part comes in now. Disney is like a fair because of the shows that are pretty cool. Disney World is my favorite place for rides and shows.
Isaac McGee, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I love amusement parks. My favorite is Carowinds. My favorite ride there is Ricochet. When you are on it, it feels like you are going to fall off the edge. There is a gap between the wheels so when you are in a turn the wheels touch the track which creates the feeling you are going to fall off. It has five drops as well. My dad is afraid to go on it. My sister is afraid to go on it as well. So it is just me and my mom. Over all it is a fun ride to go on.
Jack Litton, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Universal is my favorite to go to. My favorite ride is the Harry Potter ride. It is so fun. It goes through 4 corkscrews. It’s mostly inside but I like it anyway.
Jaxon McLellan, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Have you ever ridden Wild Eagle? It’s the best roller coaster ever. It has three loops and one big drop. The drop is at the beginning of the ride. It is usually one hundred people waiting in line. It’s in Dollywood, and Dollywood is in Gatlinburg. When you go to Dollywood you will want to go to Wild Eagle first.
Kale Creech, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Crack! Eyes closed, wind in my hair. Suddenly I drop 30-40 feet down this ride. It’s Wild Eagle at Dollywood. If you have not been you don’t know what you are missing. Try Wild Eagle at Dollywood.
Kyleigh Mitchell, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Do you know what Wild Eagle is? It’s the most amazing ride at Dollywood! I’ve ridden it at least 70 times. It’s really fun! My sister only rides Fire Chaser, and she’s 13! Every other ride my mom and I go on, my sister doesn’t go on it. There’s this ride that I love, but it’s not in Dollywood. It’s called Skyscraper, and guess what…my sister won’t go on it! I love walking around Dollywood. I’ve ridden every roller coaster in the park, but I haven’t ridden all the carnival rides. If you like riding roller coasters go to an amusement park like Dollywood! You’ll have the best days of your life there!
Lily Egbert, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Where would you go if you could go to a fun place? I would go to Just Jump up in Bristol because that’s the best one of course. Just Jump is really big and fun to me, at least. They even have a rock wall and a laser room and that’s amazing. My favorite thing there are the trampolines. Do you like Just Jump or not because I know I do.
Maddie Lester, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Have you ever been to Dollywood? I am going to tell you my favorite game there. What is your favorite game in Dollywood? My favorite game is the one where there is a water gun and you shoot the water into the hole and when the screen gets all lit up the first screen to get lit up wins a prize. Even though I never won anything I still had a lot of fun.
Piper Adams, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

Carnivals, fairs, amusement parks. There are so many fun places to go. Mine I would say is the best. Last year on summer break I went to the best place ever—the Upside Down House!! When you go inside every single thing is upside down! It’s like you’re standing on a roof! It’s awesome. Once you pay you go inside a huge circle that spins and the platform you’re on spins too but it doesn’t go all around in a circle. When you pass that you get your picture taken and then you’re free. There’s all kinds of games and fun. My favorite part was the tight rope course were you get hooked to a rope and ropes you walk on. That was the best summer of my life.
Sammi Culhane, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

I love amusement parks! I like them because of the rides, toys, games, and the food. The most thing I like about the parks is all the good foods. From all the candies and lunch things it’s all so good. That’s what I love most about amusement parks.
Sharlotte Penix, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

My favorite ride is at Wilderness. It is called Storm Chaser. Fletcher, Tristan, Austin, and I went on it together. It has this big slope too. I was the one who went backwards on it first. It makes your stomach turn and twist. Then it drops you in a funnel. That is my favorite ride.
Timothy Bonsor, 4th, Miller Perry Elementary, Ms. Jeffers

My favorite amusement park is Dollywood. It is very fun there. There are a lot of rides there that are very fun. Like the ride that spins in circles. It can make you very dizzy and the one that brings you in the sky and back down. That’s my favorite amusement park. What is your favorite amusement park?
